Christmas is already upon us and I’m still trying to figure out how the year has passed so quickly! But I’m preparing some themed recipes for the parties ahead.
This is a very simple and light vodka cocktail, using only seasonal ingredients.
HOLIDAY COCKTAIL

You will need:
- 1 jigger* of vodka
- ¾ cup of sparkling water
- Whole pomegranate seeds
- Fresh thyme
*a jigger is just a standard cocktail measurement cup, you can also use a shot glass to measure!
The hows and the whys:
Crush some pomegranate seeds in a glass to get their juices out. Add the chilled sparkling water and the chilled vodka (leave the vodka bottle in the freezer). Add some pomegranate seeds and fresh thyme to decorate.
